Aside from occasional appointments, I work from home. While I type, read or sketch, pets get hours of companionship, love, and supervision.
Please note: due to my slow healing cervical spine injuries, I am taking few dogs at this time. Small or elderly dogs possible - please use the contact button on the bottom of this page.
Only one animal not accepted - sorry, no snakes. Can't do the frozen mice.
I have knowledge of and experience with many animals including but not limited to cats, dogs, goats, ferrets, birds, fish, lizards, and rodents.
Prices increase for larger number of animals or those with complex care needs.
I am no stranger to gardens or houseplants, but costs also vary with complexity of care.

Rates
$50 per night to stay in the home and care for up to three animals and some plants including houseplants or a small/minimal outdoor garden. Includes work such as putting out trashcans, collecting mail, and a basic home cleaning prior to your arrival.
$75 a night for four or more animals or animals requiring complex care such as multi-step medication regimens. Or care of gardens, plants, and yards of larger size and complexity.
$100 a night for 5 or more animals and properties of an acre or more requiring multiple chores of varied complexity.
For an additional $100 I can prepare a pre-arrival meal of your choice. Cost covers labor and food.
